Mekai Curtis is well known for his series regular role as Fish on the Disney XD series Kirby Buckets, he also landed a role in the Disney film Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day. In 2018, he began starring as the character Cooper on the Brat series Overnights. 

He appeared in a Walmart commercial early in his career.

He appeared in an episode of the revival of Arrested Development in 2013.

He was born in New Jersey and moved to California for acting. He has a younger sister.
